This Shipping Policy applies only to orders placed within India through the website https://risivanart.in.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2–3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.

Delivery Charges
Shipping charges depend on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered due to reasons such as:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Incomplete address
- Customer unavailable to receive the order
- Refusal to accept the order
the shipment may be returned to our warehouse.
In such cases, the return shipping cost and courier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Upon Receipt of Your Order
When receiving your package, please inspect it carefully.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or incomplete, you should:
- Refuse delivery, or
- Accept the parcel but mark it “Damaged” on the delivery receipt.
Please contact us immediately on the same day with photos of the package and product.
Bank Holidays
We do not process or deliver orders on bank holidays or national holidays.
Orders scheduled during such periods will be delivered on the next working day.
