This Return & Refund Policy applies to all orders placed within India through the website https://risivanart.in.

Thank you for shopping with Risivan Enterprise. We strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Request Period

If you wish to request a return or report an issue, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately and provide:

  • An unboxing video clearly showing the damage
  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Your order number

The unboxing video is required for us to verify the damage and process the claim with the courier service.

Missing Items

If your order is delivered with missing items, please provide:

  • An unboxing video showing the received items
  • Order number
  • Details of the missing item

You must report missing items within 24 hours of delivery.

If verified, we will either:

  • Ship the missing item, or
  • Issue a refund for the missing product.

Wrong Product Delivered

If you receive a different product than what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the product received
  • Unboxing video

After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Custom or Personalized Products

For customized or personalized products, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, as these items are made specifically for the customer and cannot be resold.

However, replacements may be provided if the item is received damaged or defective.

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to courier issues.

If your order has not shown any tracking updates for 15 days after dispatch, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.

Conditions for Return Approval

Returns will be processed only if:

  1. The product is unused and in original condition
  2. The product includes original packaging, tags, and accessories
  3. The product was not damaged after delivery
  4. A valid unboxing video is provided
  5. The return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery

Return shipping costs will be:

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Incorrect size selection

Company Responsibility

If the return is due to:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective product
  • Wrong product delivered

We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.

Rejection or Denial of Parcel

If a customer refuses to accept a delivered parcel or rejects delivery after dispatch, the following deductions will apply before issuing a refund:

  • Shipping Charges: 2× the original shipping charge (forward + return shipping)
  • Packing Charges: 10% of the product value

These deductions cover courier and handling costs.

Refund Eligibility

Damaged or Defective Products

Once damage is confirmed through the provided unboxing video, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Missing Items

If the missing item cannot be shipped again, a refund will be issued for the missing item.

Incorrect Product Delivered

A replacement or refund will be provided after verification.

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

Returns will only be processed if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is undamaged
  • The product includes original packaging
  • The product is returned with the invoice or order receipt

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Product Not as Expected

If you feel that the product received is not as described on the website, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

Our support team will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.
