This policy covers orders placed within India through risivanart.in.

Order processing time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day. You'll receive a shipping confirmation via email or SMS with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping time

Fast shipping: Gujarat, 3–4 business days post-dispatch; other Indian states, 4–6 business days post-dispatch.

Flat shipping: Gujarat, 5–6 business days post-dispatch; other Indian states, 6–8 business days post-dispatch.

Delivery estimates may vary due to courier delays, weather, remote locations, and public holidays.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number and courier tracking link via email or SMS. If tracking information doesn't arrive within 48 hours, contact support at +91 88088 42642 or support@risivanart.in.

Delivery charges

Shipping costs vary by location and shipping method, and are always shown at checkout before payment.

Failed delivery

When a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, return shipping cost and courier charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Depending on your location and availability, we ship via DTDC, Shree Maruti, Mahavir, BlueDart, Delhivery, XpressBees, Ekart, Shadowfax, India Post, and ATS.

Package inspection

Please inspect your package carefully upon receipt. If it looks damaged, refuse delivery, or accept the parcel but mark it “Damaged” on the delivery receipt, then contact us immediately with photos.
